The role is an opportunity to join our growing Casualty team as an experienced Administrator. Due to the nature of this position you must be a British National or hold dual nationality with one part British. Candidates must hold British Citizenship to be eligible to apply.

What will your day look like:

  • Monitor and manage online portals, download documentation and attach it to the correct files.
  • Review Excel enquiry spreadsheets, cross‑check against internal data to confirm potential matches and carry out further investigations.
  • Review and update monthly bordereaux and ensure data analysis is correct before issuing to the client.
  • Answer telephone calls and deal with general enquiries.
  • Photocopy and scan documents.
  • Perform other tasks to support the business plan as and when necessary to meet company objectives.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Good standard of written English.
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Familiarity with standard office packages such as Word and Excel.
  • High level of accuracy in data input and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resilient and capable of managing a variety of tasks.
  • Provides solutions rather than problems – shows initiative.
  • Effective management of time and resources.
  • Seeks guidance when needed for decision making.
  • Effective team member, interacts positively with colleagues and diverse groups.
  • Willingness to be closely supervised to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Effective customer service skills, actively seeks and responds to feedback.
