Davies is seeking a Costs Negotiator to pursue settlement of legal costs across Legacy/Industrial Disease claims. You will manage your own caseload, review cases, and develop initial costs strategies, negotiating with opponents and liaising with insurers.
Based in Bolton (with Birmingham or Liverpool also considered), you will work 28–35 hours weekly, adhere to SLAs and KPIs, and be supported by the Costs team and leadership to progress technically and professionally.
