Your New Role
You’ll be the engine behind our Adjusters, helping to drive exceptional outcomes for clients and customers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting dedicated Adjusters with the proactive management of complex claims
- Managing your own caseload within agreed authority levels
- Handling inbound calls and taking decisive action to support customers, suppliers, and clients
- Reviewing and issuing professional reports
- Resolving queries and complaints with a calm, customer‑focused approach
- Appointing and managing suppliers to keep claims progressing smoothly
- Making outbound calls to keep all parties informed
- Owning associated claim tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Assisting Adjusters with technical decisions under delegated authority
This is a role where you’ll be trusted, empowered, and encouraged to take initiative.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, capable, and ready to hit the ground running:
- At least 2 years’ experience in property claims management
- Strong ability to review scopes of work and spot errors or omissions
- Confidence in contributing to claim reserving and reserve movements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proven team player with strong organisational skills
- Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a polite, professional phone manner
