What will your day look like:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of high net worth and major loss claims, often involving intricate technical detail
  • Leading investigations, assessing damage, and coordinating with experts to deliver fair, timely outcomes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers—bringing clarity, confidence, and professionalism
  • Navigating specialist claims such as subsidence, escape of oil, and other complex property issues
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across the team, sharing knowledge and elevating best practice

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster, with exposure to high-value and complex claims
  • Strong technical capability and the confidence to handle challenging scenarios
  • A calm, adaptable approach—able to balance empathy with commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • The ability to commute into London within 2 hours when required
