What will your day look like:
- Managing a diverse caseload of high net worth and major loss claims, often involving intricate technical detail
- Leading investigations, assessing damage, and coordinating with experts to deliver fair, timely outcomes
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers—bringing clarity, confidence, and professionalism
- Navigating specialist claims such as subsidence, escape of oil, and other complex property issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement across the team, sharing knowledge and elevating best practice
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster, with exposure to high-value and complex claims
- Strong technical capability and the confidence to handle challenging scenarios
- A calm, adaptable approach—able to balance empathy with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- The ability to commute into London within 2 hours when required
