What will your day look like:
- As a Major & Complex Desk-Based Loss Adjuster, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth, major loss, and technically complex property claims, including significant escape of oil and other specialist losses.
- Working closely with clients, brokers, policyholders, and industry professionals, you'll drive claims to resolution while maintaining the highest standards of technical accuracy and customer service.
- This is an opportunity to utilise your expertise on some of the most challenging claims in the market without the need for extensive travel.
- Managing a portfolio of major, complex, and high-net-worth property claims from instruction through to settlement.
- Delivering exceptional service levels in line with client expectations and demanding technical standards.
- Proactively progressing claims while maintaining strong control of costs, timescales, and customer outcomes.
- Producing clear, accurate, and high-quality reports and recommendations.
- Building trusted relationships with insurers, brokers, policyholders, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and client-specific requirements.
- Achieving key performance and quality targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

- Experience within a loss adjusting practice or insurer environment.
- Significant exposure to major loss and complex property claims.

- Ability to make sound decisions and manage competing priorities effectively.
