What will your day look like:

  • High‑volume campaigns delivered with pace, structure, and consistency.
  • Proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles, ensuring we’re always ahead of demand.
  • Targeted sourcing to engage passive legal talent through outreach, networks, and market intelligence.
  • Stakeholder partnership — advising on role design, assessment methods, and interview best practice.
