Davies Professional Education partners with over 1200 insurance, financial services and regulated market clients to provide award-winning Apprenticeships and professional upskilling programmes to address the skills gap across these industries. As a Client Success Associate in this team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our products/services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from the onboarding process to achieving their goals and beyond. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for your clients’ learners. Provide training and resources to help clients get started. Set clear expectations and goals for the client's learner journey.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. Coordinate with Delivery teams to resolve client issues promptly. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to understand client needs. Foster loyalty and trust through consistent, high-quality interactions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse client usage of products/services. Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback. Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Upselling and Renewal: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services. Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize client value.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Client-focused with a commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of best practice in delivering apprenticeship standards and an understanding of the funding rules, effective apprentice onboarding and end point assessment.
- An understanding of Insurance and Financial Service industry including clients and professional bodies.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
