Claims Finance – Make an Impact
Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing client funds with precision and professionalism. As part of our Claims Finance function, you’ll take ownership of financial processes that keep our operations running smoothly. From producing accurate monthly reconciliations in Excel to investigating and resolving queries, your expertise will ensure transparency and trust at every stage.

What will your day look like
- Complete bank to bordereaux reconciliations using Excel and send to clients
- Complete supplier or contractor reconciliations using Excel
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation queries, escalating issues
- Record all receipts and credits daily
- Make payments using online banking
- Process cheques in and out plus bank cheques
- Process Davies fee payments
- Process invoices as required
- Process bank account applications
- Answer and resolve internal and client queries
- Monitor and control client monies, escalating any issues internally or to clients as required
- Liaise with staff from across the Davies Group and external clients
