The Pre-litigation File Handling Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks to support the pre-lit casualty claims handling teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • To pro-actively assist the pre-lit teams with a variety of tasks including:
  • Monitoring MOJ Portal
  • Monitoring inboxes
  • Maintaining, reviewing and actioning spreadsheets
  • Completing new claim actions
  • Actioning CRU post and ownership of CRU tasks
  • Completing chaser tasks on files to support the claims handlers via telephone and email
  • Raising low value payments
  • Assisting with training as and when required
  • Onboarding run-off work on various projects
  • Undertaking appropriate additional tasks provided by the Team Leader/DBUD
  • Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system
  • Comply with set client SLA’s
  • Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard
