The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-level, proactive executive support to two members of the AMA Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee executive inboxes, proactively flagging and prioritising urgent communications, and independently managing administrative requests with timely and accurate follow-up.
- Organise and attend team meetings and events, support agenda planning and tracking actions as required.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including coordination of their Exec’s quarterly Board reports, booking rooms, travel, restaurants, and processing expenses.
- Contribute to ad hoc corporate projects and provide seamless cover for fellow Executive PAs as needed, ensuring continuity and excellence in executive support.

- Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines. Strong time management skills to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, events and travel arrangements. Attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with Exec members, as well as internal stakeholders. Effective listening skills to understand instructions and communicate information accurately.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance efficiency. Ability to handle unexpected changes or shifting priorities with composure.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions, maintaining a positive and diplomatic demeanour – mindful of the confidential nature of the role. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members. Professional appearance and conduct in representing the business.

Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years previous experience of providing administrative support to a team at a similar level.
- Ideally should have at least 2 ‘A’ levels, equivalent at grade B and above, preferably in Maths and English.
- Highly computer literate in all Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook.
- Experience in project management, or assisting with project management activities, would be advantageous.
- Experience in the Lloyd's and London Insurance market or Finance sector an advantage, but not essential.
