Description
To work as part of a busy team to cover various areas to include daily bank reconciliations, month end process, daily banking receipts/cancellations. Assist with daily day to day finance duties.
Key Accountabilities
To manage and maintain our client accounts, ensure policies and procedures are in place at all times
- Complete daily bank reconciliations for all accounts
- Manage shared high volume email inbox as and when required
- Review client account balances on a daily basis and produce replenishment request if required
- Complete month end process for all clients
- Complete monthly VAT review
- Maintain client needs and deadlines
- Daily day to day finance queries from file handlers and clients
- Complete daily cheque run for all clients
- Complete daily BACS process for all clients
- Assist Senior Finance Assistant and Manager as required
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of working in a busy Finance team.
- Ability to use Excel.
- To be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst dealing with high volumes.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic that is keen to learn and explore new ideas.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise.
- Ability to communicate effectively to team members, colleagues and clients.
