In this role you lead the Supply Chain & Procurement function for Davies Property Claims, driving supplier performance and customer outcomes at scale. You shape the network, repair, and procurement strategy to deliver operational excellence and commercial growth. You’ll work across the Property division to ensure high‑quality service and to optimize value from supplier partnerships. This is a high‑impact leadership position that sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and client delivery. You will champion cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement to support the business’s growth and mission.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multiple network management and supply chain teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Oversee service delivery across the Property division to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Drive divisional financial performance, owning revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost management.
- Manage and optimise supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, and value across the network.
- Champion a One Davies approach to align teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Monitor operational performance through reporting, data analysis, and KPI management.
- Provide strategic insight and recommendations to support growth and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as a trusted partner.
- Contribute to business development, tender activity, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across supply chain and repair networks.
Key requirements
- Extensive leadership experience managing large operational teams, directly and via senior management structures.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Property Claims sector with strong knowledge of property insurance and building repair services.
- Proven track record delivering financial performance, including P&L, revenue growth, and cost control.
- Experience managing complex supplier networks, repair contractors, or supply chain partnerships.
- Outstanding stakeholder management with ability to build credibility with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strategic focus.
