Key Accountabilities
• Identify cases suitable for early litigation with high prospects of success and low risk.
• Support the delivery of high levels of service and productivity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service quality.
• Input and maintain accurate data.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Mentor, train, and serve as the technical referral point for team members.
Working Hours
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Full claim cycle experience, including initial quantum assessment, liability investigation, and settlement negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to mentor and support new starters.
Desirable: Litigation claims handling, knowledge of Loss of Use/Loss of Standing Charge, mentoring junior team members.
