As a Property Claims Manager based in Bolton, you’ll be responsible for managing property claim cases, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Case Management: Own your caseload to consistently meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Customer Interactions: Handle client interactions professionally and adhere to TCF principles.
  • Third‑Party Management: Manage suppliers and drive cases to settlement while balancing service, cost, and time.

  • Authority and Compliance: Stick to rules, governance, and data security.
