A great opportunity for a Bid Executive to support the delivery of client and prospect bids, proposals and pitches across all Davies Group business areas. This is a fixed‑term contract that will start in late February/early March 2026 and continue until January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with bid team colleagues to coordinate and produce bids, proposals and pitches that support client growth and retention across all business areas.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements, challenges and expectations.
- Coordinate bid response timetables to ensure stakeholders meet internal deadlines.
- Draft, edit and proof bid content to align with client requirements.
- Maintain relevant sections of the central library of core response materials to aid efficient drafting.
- Drive pricing protocol to ensure requirements are understood, modelled and approved.
- Support reporting of bid outcomes, live activity and pipeline movement.
- Shared monitoring and management of the central team inbox, ensuring timely triage of inbound communications.
- Efficiently manage incoming opportunities, logging, validating and tracking as appropriate with relevant subject‑matter experts.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Several years’ experience in a bids/tenders role, ideally within professional services (consulting, technology) or insurance industries.
- Experience of end‑to‑end bid project management is beneficial.
- Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with some exposure to copywriting/editing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to teammates as required.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple bids, pricing requests and support tasks.
