About the Role: This is a hands‐on, client‐facing role where you'll support cases from initial incident through to conclusion. You'll be involved in real‐time investigations, police station attendance, and court proceedings—gaining invaluable exposure to complex, high‐stakes cases.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and analysing prosecution evidence
- Drafting witness statements and legal submissions
- Supporting clients through investigations and proceedings
- Attending police station interviews under caution
- Liaising with courts, regulators and expert witnesses
- Preparing defence case statements, reports and bundles
- Attending trials and inquests alongside Counsel
- Conducting legal research and case preparation
- Visiting incident sites and gathering evidence
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor with motor crime or criminal law experience
- Ideal for NQ–1 PQE (with 6–12 months' criminal experience)
- Background in legal aid/criminal defence highly desirable
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Resilient, calm under pressure, and adaptable
- Willingness to travel to police stations and courts
