Davies Turner has an exciting opportunity for a TraineeCustomer Relationship Coordinator to join the European team based in Coleshill.
Location: Coleshill, B46 1DT
Salary: £24,000 per annum PLUS benefits
Job Type: Full – Time, Permanent

Customer Relationship Coordinator – The Role:
Based within the European department you will work as part of a team and assist with:
– Arranging and processing bookings, including customs clearance
– Preparing quotations
– Liaising with our customers, Offices and European partners
– Charging files, passing invoices and dealing with queries
– Dealing with customers, keeping them updated, solving problems
This position is based in Coleshill which is easily commutable from Tamworth, Solihull, Nuneaton and Birmingham. Our offices are opposite Coleshill Parkway Railway Station which offers a direct link to Birmingham Grand Central and Nuneaton.
Customer Relationship Coordinator – You:
Experience within the freight forwarding industry is preferred, suitable candidates should possess:
– Excellent communication skills
– Keen eye for detail, adaptable with a willingness to learn
– Proficiency in all Microsoft Programmes
– Ability to work in a customer focused environment in a professional manner
– A team player, keen to play a part in the success of the department
– Attention to detail, adaptable and willing to learn
– Good Commercial awareness
– A Knowledge of customs regulations is preferred but not essential
In addition, you must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor work Permits.
