Salary: £25,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.30 (37.5 hours)

Customer Relationship Coordinator - The Role:
To provide shipping, transport and forwarding expertise, build and develop relationships with customers in order to generate and increase business. Understanding customers needs and requirements and promote internal solutions across the Davies Turner services range. To provide service information, quotations, take bookings and champion the needs of the customer.
Customer Relationship Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service information, quotations and bookings while delivering high standards of customer service to internal and external customers
- Receive incoming enquiries, collect necessary information and process bookings accurately and promptly to prevent delays
- Engage with customers to provide appropriate quotations, follow up correspondence and secure new business
- Handle road and sea forwarding shipments while protecting the company from unpaid accounts by monitoring credit ratings and outstanding balances
- Liaise with customs staff when required, providing accurate information and demonstrating knowledge of Customs Regulations, Dangerous Goods and Insurance rules
- Collate information to ensure order progress enquiries are dealt with efficiently and customers are kept informed
- Work with Sales Executives to develop and secure new business
- Alert management to pending claims and process claims promptly according to company procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation, records and systems while ensuring all activities operate within Davies Turner policies
Customer Relationship Coordinator - You:
- Previous office admin experience beneficial but not essential
- Ability to prioritise
- Ability to adapt to change
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent command of the English language
