Davies Turner has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Operator to join their Freight Forwarding team in Avonmouth, Bristol.
Location: Bristol, BS11 8DT
Salary: £25-28k per annum dependant on experience PLUS benefits
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

The Role: We are looking for someone to join our fast-growing Road Freight / Ocean Freight export departments as a Customer Relationship Operator. This varied role involves working closely with our customers to manage all aspects of their road and/or ocean exports. This ranges from issuing quotes, arranging shipments, managing the customs clearance process and everything else through to ensuring the customer receives their shipments on time. You will build close working relationships with customers, overseas partners as well as internal teams, so good communication skills are key in this role. Continuous support and training will be given as we aim to help you develop your skills and knowledge to allow you to grow your career with Davies Turner. Prior experience in Road Transport or Ocean Freight (and/or Exports) is required along with working in a fast-paced office environment.
