Davies Turner has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Contract Coordinator to join their Freight Forwarding team in Bristol.
Location: Avonmouth, BS11 8DT & Severn Beach, Bristol, BS35 4DF (2 positions available)
Salary: Subject to experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

The Role:
As a Logistics Contracts Co-ordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for managing the full order fulfilment process and ensuring seamless deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating order fulfilment and ensuring timely dispatch to meet customer KPIs
- Managing the flow of orders with warehouse team leaders and overseeing inventory integrity
- Troubleshooting delivery issues and investigating any disruptions that arise
- Liaising with clients, transport companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
- Supporting all supply chain processes, from booking inbound and outbound deliveries to managing shipping documents
- Providing exceptional service by handling client queries and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations
You:
