Location: Avonmouth & Severn Beach, Bristol (2 positions available)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Logistics Contract Co-ordinator - The Role:

As a Logistics Contracts Co-ordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for managing the full order fulfilment process and ensuring seamless deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating order fulfilment and ensuring timely dispatch to meet customer KPIs
• Managing the flow of orders with warehouse team leaders and overseeing inventory integrity
• Troubleshooting delivery issues and investigating any disruptions that arise
• Liaising with clients, transport companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
• Supporting all supply chain processes, from booking inbound and outbound deliveries to managing shipping documents
• Providing exceptional service by handling client queries and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have:

Essential: Administration experience, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn

Skills in: Prioritisation, problem-solving, and handling multiple tasks at once

Bonus: Previous logistics experience (but full training will be provided)

Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

Up to 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays
