Davies Turner have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Operator to join the Ocean Freight team.
Location: Cumbernauld, G68 9HQ
Salary: Circa Β£26,000-30,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (08:30 β 17:00)

Customer Relationship Operatorβ The Role:
We are looking for someone to join our fast-growing ocean department as a Customer Relationship Operator. This varied role involves working closely with our clients to manage all aspects of their ocean shipments. This ranges from issuing quotes, arranging shipments, managing the customs clearance process and everything else through to ensuring the client receives their shipments on time.
You will build close working relationships with clients, overseas partners as well as internal teams so good communication skills are key in this role. Continuous support and training will be given as we aim to help you develop your skills and knowledge to allow you to grow your career with Davies Turner.

For this Customer Relationship Operator opportunity, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
β Previous experience in customer services
β Previous experience or knowledge of shipping & transport services
β Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
β Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
