This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Cargo / Commercial Operations-Customer Service professional located in our Castle Donington (EMA) office. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by managing day-to-day commercial operations tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of freight and logistics operations. The individual will handle operational management responsibilities, address customer inquiries efficiently, and assist with analytical tasks to ensure optimal performance.
