Receptionist - The Role: This interesting and varied role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys a challenge. Based at our Coleshill Head Office, your work will include managing a busy reception desk, dealing with queries and assisting colleagues, contractors and visitors within the site where required.

  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately via the switchboard
  • Keeping records
  • Taking responsibility for colleagues signing in and out each day
  • Supporting managers with the co-ordination of fire drills
  • Fulfil various receptionist duties as needed
  • Other general administration includes distributing incoming post in the morning and tracking outgoing post in the afternoon, ensuring all recorded and special deliveries are logged

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A strong presence with a personable and warm approach as you will be the first point of contact on the site
  • Computer Literate
  • Be a problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Be a team player with the ability to work independently
  • Be motivated, positive and eager to learn
  • Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise
  • Experience within a Receptionist role is desirable

This is a job share so you would be required to provide holiday cover where needed. Permanent right to work in the UK (no work permit sponsorship).

This position is based at Coleshill which is easily commutable from Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Nuneaton and Birmingham. Our offices are opposite Coleshill Parkway Railway Station which offers a direct link to Birmingham Grand Central and Nuneaton.
