We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Transactional Claims Analyst to join our global operations team. This role involves the accurate processing of low-risk reinsurance claims and contracts across a range of international portfolios, supporting the smooth delivery of claims services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately calculate and process both inward and outward reinsurance claims and contracts, in line with established procedures and segmentation rules.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to letters of credit and bonds, including creation, amendments, withdrawals, and cancellations.
  • Respond to internal queries in a professional and timely manner, supporting cross-functional teams across different regions.
  • Support operational improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and integration within the business.
  • Assist colleagues across portfolios as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
