We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Transactional Claims Analyst to join our global operations team. This role involves the accurate processing of low-risk reinsurance claims and contracts across a range of international portfolios, supporting the smooth delivery of claims services.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately calculate and process both inward and outward reinsurance claims and contracts, in line with established procedures and segmentation rules.
- Handle administrative tasks related to letters of credit and bonds, including creation, amendments, withdrawals, and cancellations.
- Respond to internal queries in a professional and timely manner, supporting cross-functional teams across different regions.
- Support operational improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and integration within the business.
- Assist colleagues across portfolios as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- A good understanding of insurance and/or reinsurance processes.
