Our client, an ambitious and growing financial services firm, are looking to recruit two tenacious telephony agents to support the acquisitions team in securing loans for potential new customers.
You’ll follow up on warm leads to actively progress applications through outbound calls; liaising between potential new customers and brokers to ensure a smooth process, answer any queries, complete due diligence and finalise the loan terms.
If you’re confident on the phone, able to build relationships and have the drive & enthusiasm to succeed then this could be the role for you.
You’ll need to have experience in either a telephony / call centre role OR engaging with customers face-to-face in a customer service or sales type environment.
