Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Lead to oversee the evaluation and implementation of a new financial management system for a UK-based client of ours. With the imminent end-of-life of the firm's current Elite system, the organization is considering two options:
- Upgrading to Elite 3E: The latest version of their existing system, offering enhanced workflows and improved performance.
- Transitioning to Evergreen: A Dynamics 365-based solution, providing a cloud-native platform with continuous updates and AI integration.
The successful candidate will lead this critical project, ensuring the selected system aligns with the firm's operational needs and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess the firm's requirements, evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of both Elite 3E and Evergreen, and recommend the most suitable solution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure the successful implementation of the chosen system within the 12-month contract period.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment between the project's objectives and the firm's strategic goals.
- Guide technical teams, providing direction and oversight throughout the system rollout process.
- Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system, ensuring user adoption and minimizing disruption to the firm's operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading multiple technical system rollouts, preferably within the legal sector. Experience with Elite 3E and/or Dynamics 365-based systems like Evergreen is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial management systems, system architectures, and the technical aspects of both Elite 3E and Dynamics 365 platforms.
