Davies Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Risk & Compliance to lead the second line of defence for a regulated investment management business. This senior executive role reports directly to the CEO with a matrix line to the Group CRO and will engage with the Board to provide independent challenge and assurance.
The successful candidate will oversee risk and regulatory strategy, governance, and external engagement, managing key relationships with regulators, custodians, and funds.
