About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Insight Manager to lead financial analysis and deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions at the highest level. This is a key leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring the team’s priorities align with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Lead and manage team priorities, resources, and deadlines.
- Drive improvements in data modelling, analytics, and reporting processes.
- Represent the function in senior leadership forums and champion its work.

- Significant experience in financial analysis, business insights, or related fields.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability at senior level.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of finance (accountancy qualification not required).
