We are seeking an Operations Director to take on a key leadership role, overseeing multiple workstreams from different disciplines. This person will ensure the organisation meets legal and regulatory standards while driving operational excellence. ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience co-ordinating operational and legal workstreams.
- Strong background in legal escalations, contract drafting, and negotiation of legal terms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and international data privacy laws (DPO experience a bonus).
- Experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or strong knowledge of IT security principles.
- Demonstrable audit experience, including client, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, and EcoVardis audits.
- Experience in FX trading, strategy setting, and managing strategic banking relationships.
- Leadership experience managing teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to drive digital transformation and process optimisation initiatives.
- Track record in risk management, compliance, and business continuity planning.
- Commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and supply chain optimisation.
