What You'll Need:
- At least 3 years' of experience in outwards reinsurance placement and operations, preferably within the Lloyd’s or London Market.
- Strong understanding of reinsurance’s influence on underwriting, profit, capital, and associated risks.
- Proficiency in managing reinsurance contracts, including interpretation and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
- Technical expertise in Lloyd’s Market practices, XLPro, and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Professional qualification such as ACII or equivalent experience.
