We are supporting a well‑established organisation with the appointment of an experienced FP&A Manager on a 6–9 month contract or fixed‑term basis. This requirement has arisen due to an internal change and requires someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and deliver value from day one. Operating in a fast‑paced and evolving environment, you will take ownership of core reporting and planning cycles while supporting senior stakeholders in driving commercial decision‑making. This is a hands‑on position offering strong visibility and the opportunity to influence how financial performance is tracked and communicated.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Own senior leadership reporting packs and key financial outputs
- Deliver robust forecasts, budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Improve consistency and quality of financial reporting across the business
- Act as a key point of contact between finance and operational teams
- Resolve reporting challenges efficiently in a fast‑moving environment
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools and outputs
- Support senior finance leadership on strategic and analytical initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven FP&A experience in a complex or multi‑entity environment
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders, including Exec‑level
- Advanced Excel skills, with confidence handling complex datasets
- Experience with financial planning or business intelligence tools is advantageous
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
- Proactive, organised and comfortable operating autonomously under pressure
