We’re looking for a proactive Procurement & Supplier Management Analyst to join our Group team. You will support business units across the full procurement lifecycle — from sourcing and contract negotiation to supplier onboarding and renewals while ensuring robust third‑party risk management and compliance. This is a business-facing role with strong exposure to stakeholders and opportunities to contribute to procurement maturity across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing activity, contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, renewals, and terminations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify suppliers, conduct market research, and deliver value through the supply chain.
  • Assist in managing third‑party risk and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify cost‑saving and supplier consolidation opportunities with Finance and business teams.
  • Support supplier governance, performance monitoring, and contractual compliance.
  • Contribute to procurement reporting, dashboards, and management information.
  • Help develop guidance materials and deliver training to improve procurement awareness.

About You

  • Experience in procurement or supplier management (c.3+ years preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and confident using MS Office to produce reports and MI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well‑organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
  • Knowledge of financial services and third‑party risk regulations (FCA, PRA, EBA) is advantageous.
