We’re looking for a proactive Procurement & Supplier Management Analyst to join our Group team. You will support business units across the full procurement lifecycle — from sourcing and contract negotiation to supplier onboarding and renewals while ensuring robust third‑party risk management and compliance. This is a business-facing role with strong exposure to stakeholders and opportunities to contribute to procurement maturity across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing activity, contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, renewals, and terminations.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify suppliers, conduct market research, and deliver value through the supply chain.
- Assist in managing third‑party risk and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify cost‑saving and supplier consolidation opportunities with Finance and business teams.
- Support supplier governance, performance monitoring, and contractual compliance.
- Contribute to procurement reporting, dashboards, and management information.
- Help develop guidance materials and deliver training to improve procurement awareness.
About You
- Experience in procurement or supplier management (c.3+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and confident using MS Office to produce reports and MI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Well‑organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
- Knowledge of financial services and third‑party risk regulations (FCA, PRA, EBA) is advantageous.
