IP Legal Assistant – Join a Leading Legal Firm
We are seeking a highly skilled IP Legal Assistant to support Fee Earners in managing high-profile intellectual property portfolios. This is your opportunity to join a prestigious legal firm and make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and foreign agents, addressing queries efficiently.
- Assist with document preparation, including assignments, name/address updates, and notarized/legalized documents.
- Oversee the filing of PCT, EP, and international trademark applications, ensuring compliance with all deadlines.
- Draft and deliver client communications and maintain up-to-date case files using the firm’s Document Management System (DMS).
- Support invoicing, cost estimates, and client portfolio management.
