Are you an HRIS expert who enjoys developing the HR technology landscape? Working as a key Subject Matter Expert, you will lead process automation, system configuration and optimisation of my client’s recently implemented HR system. Your expertise will enhance data accuracy, improve systems and provide insightful reporting to inform strategic decision-making, all within a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
About You
- Experience working with an HRIS with in-depth understanding of HR processes, data governance and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS reporting tools, including creating custom reports and interpreting data trends
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in HR analytics, forecasting, and workforce modelling is a bonus
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
