Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, supporting business performance, and helping to build scalable processes as the organisation continues to grow. Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead elements of the month-end close process
- Assist with financial reporting in line with IFRS and UK GAAP
- Contribute to group reporting and consolidation activities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Deliver variance analysis and performance insights
- Assist in preparing reporting packs for senior stakeholders
- Support the strengthening of financial controls and processes
- Assist with audit preparation and year-end activities
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Work with finance systems and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
- Support ongoing improvements in financial processes and automation
- Collaborate with wider business teams to ensure accurate financial data
About You
- Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in financial reporting, month-end, or management accounts
- Exposure to IFRS or UK GAAP
- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools is advantageous
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to develop
