We’re supporting a niche, specialist business lender with the appointment of an IT Director on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract basis. This is a senior leadership role, leading a discrete technical team, reporting directly to the COO.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong people leader with experience leading and developing IT leadership teams
  • Comfortable operating at Exec / Board level and driving pragmatic change
  • Proven track record running modern, cloud-based infrastructure
  • Proven ability managing outsource partners/providers
  • Experience within banking, FS or highly regulated environments highly desirable
  • Exposure to organisational mergers/integrations would be a benefit

  • 6-month FTC
  • £130k+ annual salary (pro-rata) + benefits
  • 2 days on-site per week
