As Deputy Head of Finance, you’ll report directly to the Head of Finance and lead a high‑performing team across FP&A, financial control, and transactional finance. You’ll drive transformation, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insightful commercial analysis to senior stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll influence decision‑making and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop finance teams across FP&A, financial control, and transactional finance
- Design and innovate financial analytics, KPIs, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial control and reporting across EMEA
- Drive operational efficiencies and finance transformation initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership to provide deep financial insights and commercial analysis
- Own annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support audit and annual accounts production
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (7+ years post‑qualified)
- Strong FP&A experience (5+ years)
