We are seeking an eager, motivated and proactive individual to join our clients team as a Corporate Receptionist. This role requires a professional who can transition hospitality excellence into a demanding corporate environment, serving as the essential first impression of our firm as well as providing back office support.

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact for all clients, visitors, and internal teams. You are responsible for managing the seamless and professional operation of the reception area, ensuring an outstanding workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a consistently warm, and professional, welcome to all guests and employees, managing their experience from arrival to departure.
- Maintain the presentation and functionality of the reception area and executive meeting rooms.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate meeting room reservations, ensuring all technology, catering, and refreshment requirements are met.
- Serve as the central point for managing all incoming communications, including calls, emails, and logistical coordination for deliveries.
- Provide support for general office operations, including supplies inventory, maintenance liaison, and coordinating new employee induction processes.
- Assist with internal corporate events and proactively contribute to maintaining a positive and highly professional company culture.
- A demonstrated track record in high-end hospitality, paired with prior experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role is highly desirable.
- An articulate, confident, and strong communicator with strong executive-level interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritising and managing simultaneous administrative and operational demands.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable managing digital administrative workflows.
