A highly regarded UK and European firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys is seeking a skilled Formalities Administrator to join their dynamic Formalities Department in London. In this full-time role, you will be central to managing essential administrative functions that support the firm’s success, collaborating with talented professionals and contributing to cutting-edge IP work.
What You’ll Do:
- You’ll support the Formalities Department by monitoring email inboxes, managing deadlines, liaising confidently with clients and fee earners, and preparing critical documents for patent and trade mark filings.
- Your tasks will include processing new orders, handling international patent filings, managing renewals, and maintaining detailed records.
- Your efforts will help ensure the smooth operation of formalities processes that underpin the legal team's productivity.
What We Require:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an intellectual property firm
