Are you ready to make an impact within a dynamic finance team? We seek a Senior Capital Analyst to join our client, one of the UK\’s leading Wealth Management firms, and play a key role in analysing and managing capital and balance sheet positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly recalculations of regulatory capital and leverage exposure on a group and entity level.
  • Analyse balance sheet movements and provide commentary on variances.
  • Restate countercyclical capital buffer percentages and refresh forecasting assumptions.
  • Collaborate with Treasury & ALM teams to ensure accurate reporting of daily regulatory capital positions.
  • Assist in the preparation of ICAAP, Recovery & Resolution documents, and ICARAs through data provision and analysis.
  • Produce regulatory returns in line with governance frameworks.
  • Maintain and refresh forecasting models and procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Attend capital performance forums, log actions, and support team objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Progress toward professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACT, or equivalent).
  • Experience with forecasting models and variance analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities autonomously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
