With ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. As part of a strategic initiative to centralise outwards reinsurance operational support, we are building a new Outwards Reinsurance team within Underwriting Operations. We are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Outwards Reinsurance Analyst to support this transformation and help shape the future of our reinsurance operations.

  • Process outwards reinsurance policies and maintain accurate records in the policy administration system.
  • Support the netting-down process for outwards reinsurance.
  • Reconcile facultative reinsurance to inwards premium and claims bordereaux.
  • Contribute to the collation of renewal placing information and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Data-driven and compliance-focused. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, underwriting teams, risk and compliance, and external regulatory bodies including Lloyd’s, PRA, and FCA. Thrive in a culture that values independence, creativity, and professional growth.
