Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys! Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes:
- Taking photos of the property
- Obtaining property details and overall conditions
- Providing reports in a timely manner
- Submitting a report online
All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.
What is needed to perform duties:
- Reliable car to drive to inspections
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
- Smartphone or digital camera
- Reliable home internet
- Basic computer and communication skills
