Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated structural engineer to join our growing team in central Oxford.
The role will see you working on a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects across all sectors and sizes, from bespoke domestic residential, to heritage buildings, to large complex developments.
You will take a key design role on projects whilst representing the company with architects, clients and contractors.
You will need to have strong technical skills, a collaborative approach, and be keen to take on responsibility.
Working within a vibrant and supportive team, we make sure all engineers gain experience through a variety of projects, allowing you the best opportunities to progress to the next stage of your career.
You will be given the opportunity to develop and expand your skills, with support from senior members of the company.
- The ideal candidate
- 4+ years’ structural engineering experience
- Strong technical skills, and enthusiastic about continuous learning
- Good communicator, able to work collaboratively with clients, design team members & contractors
- Excellent project management skills and enthusiasm to take ownership of tasks and projects, both internally and externally
- Experience in designing in a variety of materials and structural typologies
- Experience of taking projects through both design and site stages
- Interest in sustainability and reducing embodied carbon through design.

- Is a chartered member / nearing chartership with the IStruct E or ICE
