You will provide compassionate, tailored support to customers navigating insurance claims who are vulnerable or have additional needs, ensuring fair and respectful service throughout the process.
You will own vulnerable cases, coordinate with internal claims handlers and external parties, maintain confidential records, guide customers through the claims process, advocate for reasonable solutions.
