To carry out the loss adjusting of Major Loss, Private Client and other complex claims and to have oversight of the quality of claims delivery for private client Insurers and their customers on a UK wide basis. This includes supporting the Business Development Team in achieving growth in this area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling claims in line with company requirements and particularly the demanding service standards of MCL clients.
  • Overseeing all claims involving mid-high net worth customers and those cases requiring additional customer support, taking ownership of such claims if required.
  • Mentoring adjusters as necessary to ensure an “added value” approach to Private Client claims and working with new recruits to ensure they understand the MCL philosophy.
  • Building relationships with existing Private Client Insurers and being the point of contact for any escalations.
  • Working with the Business Development and Growth teams to add new clients specialising in mid-high net worth policies to the MCL portfolio.
  • Ensuring key performance indicator targets are reached and maintained.
  • Actively progressing and controlling all cases.
  • Understanding and effectively implementing Company systems and procedures.
  • Understanding individual client requirements.
  • Ensuring technical accuracy of the highest standard.
