Davies Group in Solihull is seeking an organised Administrator to join our administration team on a permanent part-time basis (approx. 30 hours per week). The role focuses on processing payments, preparing claims for billing and closure, handling archiving requests and answering general enquiries with accuracy and a high level of service.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure SLAs are met and processes are followed, while maintaining a neat, efficient workspace and attention to detail.
