THE ROLE
They are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Office/Facilities Manager to join their friendly City-based team, which comprises around 120 employees. This is an exciting time to join the company, as they are growing, offering numerous opportunities to undertake projects and develop your career.
- Oversee the smooth running of the front-of-house service
- Negotiate contracts with various providers
- Manage all elements related to office maintenance and service level agreements
- Handle budget management
- Coordinate with the landlord
- Support onboarding processes, including office tours and H&S inductions
- Assist with office projects
- Arrange insurance for the office
- Act as H&S Officer for the company
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in Office/Facilities Management
- Experience in line management
- Good knowledge of H&S procedures
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Enjoy going the extra mile and enhancing operations
- Self-directed and proactive
