My client is in the Insurance space and provides their clients with insurance and reinsurance services on a global basis. THE ROLE

They are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Office/Facilities Manager to join their friendly City-based team, which comprises around 120 employees. This is an exciting time to join the company, as they are growing, offering numerous opportunities to undertake projects and develop your career.

  • Oversee the smooth running of the front-of-house service
  • Negotiate contracts with various providers
  • Manage all elements related to office maintenance and service level agreements
  • Handle budget management
  • Coordinate with the landlord
  • Support onboarding processes, including office tours and H&S inductions
  • Assist with office projects
  • Arrange insurance for the office
  • Act as H&S Officer for the company

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in Office/Facilities Management
  • Experience in line management
  • Good knowledge of H&S procedures
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Enjoy going the extra mile and enhancing operations
  • Self-directed and proactive
